Roc: the best gas hobs
The choice of elements to include in a kitchen is based on a wide range of factors, from the type of menu to the culture of the country where the restaurant is located.
The gas cooker is something that every cook desires and handles with confidence and skill. Cooking and frying are activities repeated countless times each day, the fires are lit when the kitchen is opened and often remain on until the last course is served.
This is why the choice of gas cooker requires careful analysis. Every detail of construction and performance must be carefully evaluated in order to have ample freedom and reliability over time.
The new Roc 700, 900 and 1100 allow every chef to define every aspect to make their cooking area unique.
Roc offers a solid, high thickness worktop that is available in 3 solutions for gas cookers:
Printed plan
It gives the kitchen a linear, elegant and clean look. The solidity of the worktop and ease of cleaning make the moulded-top kitchen a model with unique features.
Stainless steel bowls
The stainless steel tray maintains the aesthetic uniformity of the hob and cooking area with the convenience of easy access to technical components. The bowls are removable and dishwasher-safe.
Enamelled bowls
Practicality, ease of cleaning and maintenance. 3 elements that characterise the models with enamelled basins. The bowls are removable and dishwasher-safe.
Customised power
The power of the burners can be customised. Enhanced Kits allow you to change the position and power of the burners to achieve maximum cooking efficiency.
Eco Kits limit the overall power and allow Roc cookers to be installed in rooms with limited gas supply.
Gas or electric oven
To complete the cooking station, models are available with gas or electric, static or ventilated ovens: a great opportunity to use both when preparing the line and during service.
