8 functions in just 60 cm
The days where blast chillers blast chiller could only chill food are over. In a modern catering business, multiple activities are required.
The wide -40°+65°C temperature range and the 8 functions - blast chilling, blast-freezing, thawing, holding, proving, drying, chocolate crystallisation and manual cycle - allow you to prepare semi-finished and finished dishes with maximum freedom and in total safety.

Over 350 recipes
Modi is equipped with over 350 customizable programs, specific to each food. The cycles are optimized for high energy savings and to preserve food characteristics.
New recipes can be easily set using the handy touch screen and the position of the buttons can be changed to create a customised layout.

R290 natural gas
Modi is equipped with R290 natural gas which guarantees superior efficiency compared to traditional refrigerant gases, ensures considerable energy and economic savings with an extremely low environmental impact.
Core probe
For high precision it is possible to blast chill and blast freeze monitoring the temperature of the food with the supplied probe, ending the program when the set point is reached.
