So many times you will have wondered what is the best oven and you may not have found a certain answer. In some cases you may have thought "the most powerful," "the biggest," on other occasions "the most technological," or "the fastest."

Our experience shows that the best oven does not exist.

That's right.There is no absolute best oven, and each technology must be chosen considering many aspects that characterize the context in which it will be used. The type of menu, the mode of service, the production flow, the experience, the preparation of the team, and what cooking will have to be done with the oven determine which is the most suitable solution.

So how do we choose the right oven?
Equipment flexibility is one of the features most valued by chefs and pastry chefs, an issue that will be increasingly important in the future given the constant evolution of the hospitality industry.


And it is precisely flexibility and reliability that are among the most relevant merits of Pratika ovens, which-with 5- and 10-tray models, gas or electric, with EN 60x40 and GN 1/1 set-up an excellent solution both in the kitchen and in a pastry laboratory.

Opportunities are further expanded with the choice of innovative touch controls or traditional manual controls. In either set-up, it is possible to cook with steam and make a wide variety of recipes. In models with touch screens, the choice extends to low-temperature and multilevel cooking.

Cooking in just 52 cm

Completing the Pratika oven range are the Kompact models, the essence of which is in the name. In just 52 cm wide, in fact, you can have excellent convection, steam, mixed or low-temperature cooking performance. Pratika Kompact is really a great solution for all kitchens, even more so when space is limited.
